The main compartment of the Eagle Creek Women's Fit Truist 55L travel pack can be reached by opening the full zip front panel, the zipper/drawstring closure at the top, and the bottom zipper.  You can extend the top compartment and pull it shut with the drawstring to extend the packing space.
